Update for the 2023 season

We are lifting social distancing measures and are delighted to be able to welcome you in a more relaxed manner.

Update from March 2022

Due to the positive developments in the health situation, we are easing our health and safety protocols.
As far as we are concerned, for our own safety and that of our guests, we are fully vaccinated and hold a valid vaccination certificate.

We are always committed to welcoming you in the best possible conditions.
Since early 2020, we have adopted a set of procedures for your safety and ours.

Check-in is from 6.00 pm and we ask that you vacate your accommodation by 10.00 am on the day of your departure.

In the communal areas, light switches, door handles, banisters, etc. will be disinfected regularly.

In the rooms:
Your room is a private space from the moment you arrive, and we never enter it without your consent.

We have removed the welcome booklet found in each room and replaced it with a digital welcome booklet.

We naturally attach great importance to the cleanliness and disinfection of your room:
1) Liquid soap and disposable tissues are provided in all rooms
2) In addition to the usual cleaning, all surfaces and frequently touched items will be disinfected before your arrival.

Breakfast
Breakfast will be served in the dining room, with social distancing measures in place between guests.
We are committed to preparing your breakfast in accordance with all current health and safety regulations.

The Pool Area and the Park
Social distancing is possible in all areas, both in the pool area and the park (1 hectare at your disposal with plenty of relaxation areas).
The chlorinated swimming pool ensures the water is fully disinfected.
You must follow the usual hygiene rules (shower before swimming).
Summer kitchen: in addition to the kitchen utensils provided, eco-friendly disposable tableware will be available for your meals.

On departure
Please leave your room key on the door.
The gate remote control must be handed in at reception upon your departure.

Payment and cancellation terms
The balance must be paid in advance by cheque or bank transfer, or at the latest on arrival, in euros, by cash, cheque or credit card.
The standard cancellation terms and conditions apply by default. However, we will accept last-minute changes and cancellations should the government impose a new lockdown or travel restrictions.
Should a guest develop symptoms during their stay, they will be asked to consult a doctor immediately. If the guest refuses or deliberately conceals symptoms, we reserve the right to refuse service and terminate their stay.
In the event of a shortened stay, the full cost of the booked stay will be retained by the owners.

These provisions may be subject to change depending on current events and new government measures.
